We hold securely the personal contact details and method of payment information for each of our members.

We do not share these with any third party.

Access is given only to the Society's Secretary and Membership Secretary.

Members are asked each year to update us with any changes to these details.

If you need to request any details be removed from our Membership Register please contact us via email at: membership@eastbournesociety.co.uk

Safeguarding vulnerable people is the responsibility of all members and we ask everyone involved with the Society to be extra vigilent.

Any concerns will be handled by the board of trustees and delegate to a responsible Trustee.
